The Native Youth Club for Climate Change (NYCCC) team visited us today to explore potential areas of collaboration around early warning systems, climate adaptation, youth engagement, education, and community resilience.
At WeatherWalay HQ, we recognise that the value of climate data is ultimately determined by the communities it reaches. Pakistan is among the world's most climate-vulnerable countries, while a large majority of its population is under the age of 30. Engaging this generation is essential to building long-term climate resilience.
Community engagement and last-mile outreach remain central to our mission. Climate adaptation requires awareness at every level, and academic institutions can play an important role in strengthening climate literacy and youth participation.
